I have always had an interest in bodybuilding/physique/aesthetics but never really did anything about it. I started smoking cigarettes and did so for 6 years, hindering my abilities to persue any kind of healthy lifestyle. I am 23 years old now and have finally kicked the habit for good. My goal is to be able to compete in competitions under a physique category and possibly be a spokesmodel one day!

We dont actually learn who we are or what we are capable of until we challenge ourselves, until we set our limits, and not base them on the thoughts or opinions of others. It is not until i started challening myself everyday in that gym that i began figuring who I was and what I am made of. Thank You for making my life flourish.
