When I was living in america I was living in Louisville Kentucky training at OVW - Wrestling School. When I got there I was thin and petite but my strength was absolutely no match for the drills, cardio and training that followed - I quickly picked up the weights with no real direction started to train - When I returned home to Australia I dabbled and went from toned to thin over and over until recently I decided - I am going to be in the WWE I have to look my absolute, jackedest, sexiest, leanest best ! SO i hired a trainer and we have put together a plan for me to follow for the next 5 months - I have so far to go - But i will not and cannot fail! !
Why I Love it
I never feel as good as I do after or during a work out - Its up there with sex as my favourite physical activity :) The pain is temporary but the results are extraordinary :)
