Got Celiac disease and became obese over 5 years ago. I began cutting out starchy foods and eating chocacai bars and nuggets every day, and noticed I was losing weight as I ate them and taking walks on the beach. Now I've added in other exercises. My goal is not to be big and totally muscular, but to have a toned body for my age.

I love to feel more in shape than I did in my 20's
