At first it was a bet between my s/o and I to see who can lose 20lbs first. He's one of those sexist 'women need to work out differently than men' type of guys being that he's never known any women who were into weight training. So then it became a challenge for me to prove to him that women can and are suppose to lift like men.. then became a lifestyle choice that I still battle with on a consistent basis. Poor food choices are my arch nemesis.
Why I Love it
Seeing results and knowing how hard you worked to get them. Teaching yourself discipline and being able to change yourself for the absolute better.
