My dad started me when I was young.I remember helping daddy when he would lift weight's. I was his spotter and was so scared of him dropping the weight's on his chest but no matter how small or young I was, I could still run and get help for him if need be. It's alway's important to have someone there with you when you lift.I was born with a navel hernia. Daddy made me walk with a book on my head for balance and posture. I had to do sit up's also. He was teaching me how to control my stomach muscles because of my corrected hernia. I was told I would have to work harder than other's on my muscle's. Due to the hernia, my muscle's in my stomach at birth were damaged so I have no muscle control so I had to start out as a young girl toning my stomach muscle's. I don't have a belly button. It's just flat skin with a scar. I will post a pic of my navel area that the hernia was corrected at birth if I can. Both my Adult kid's workout. The Jan 15,1970 as member is WRONG.
