I went to the gym with a few buddies and almost dropped a 25lb dumbbell on my head. Instead of helping, they laughed at me. From that point on, I didn't want to be the skinny kid being picked on anymore and started my road to fitness an bodybuiding. I wanted to prove that if you have the mindset and dedication, you can achieve anything.
Why I Love it
I love the way it makes me feel and look. It keeps me healthy and fit. Every has stress, so working out is my time to get a way and take it out on the weights. I also enjoy helping other achieve their fitness goals.
