In 2000, I weighed 185lbs and I was at 6% BF. I had surgery and just fell off my game completely. By 2009, I weighed 230 lbs and I am sure I was at 30% BF. I decided to make a change, I changed my diet and started to lift. By May of 2010, I was down to 180 at 9% BF. I started crossfit and continued to see amazing gains. In June of 2011, I was 185 and 6% BF. I had a few life altering experiences and injuries that took me out of the game. In mid 2013 I decided to just bulk, I put on 20 lbs by December, but I was not defined. I moved to Japan and my diet was horrible for two months. I took a long hard look at myself in the mirror and I decided that I wanted to take back what I had. Kris Gethin's 12 week program has been great so far. I am following it to a "T" to include my diet. I am not sure what my goals are for the end of this 12 weeks, but by November I want to be 200 lbs at 6%. Hard work and dedication will get me there. I am doing this not only for myself, but also my family. My daughter will be joining us in April and I want to be around and fit for her and to show my other kids what a lifestyle of fitness leads to.
