I always was an athelic in school. Love all kinds of sports especially basketball. I got deployed overseas to Afghanistan back in 2008. The only thing to do there was eat, sleep, work, and workout. After i started working out i started to see progress and everyone else noticed that i was getting bigger and stronger. I liked all the complements. I loved going to the beach and having everyone stare at me. I mean who doesn't love attention. Even though i liked all the attention it didn't really become a passion until i redeployed to Iraq in 2011. Before then i was still eating what i wanted and going to the gym here and there. But in 2011 when i got deployed and met my roommate (Teo), it became a passion. We pushed each other more and more every day. We made videos on our progress. We took pictures on our progress. Then the most strange thing happened, everyone on our facebook started talking about going to the gym. It wasn't talking about going out to a club and trying to get with girls or getting drunk. They started talking about going to the gym. That's when it hit me and became a passion. My motivation to do better in the gym, motivated others to workout and live a healther life.
I love working out because it helps release alot of stress. I'm still currently deployed overseas in Afghanistan. We get alot of rocket attacks and its hard to be away from family for so long. Working out helps me release all that stress that is on me, It also helps motivate others to live a better healthier life. Before i was talking about the gym, it was always about trying to talk to woman or going to a club and getting drunk. Now its about eating right and living a healthier happier life. Yea i still have cheat days where i go out and have a few drinks or what no, but now working out is not just a hobby, it's a LifeStyle.
