I got started lifting weights when I was very young (roughly around 14) however never had any routine or concrete exercise or diet plan. However now at the age of 19 i have found a new motivation a drive to look and feel the best that I possibly can. Yes this motivation is mainly through care for my image but also largely due to the recent passing of my main inspiration... Zyzz R.I.P Az

I love the feel of every rep burning my muscles and the fact i know they are going to grow back stronger and I will look better and become stronger in the long run... My overall goal is over the next 3/4 years is to build a body that anyone would be proud of!!
