I was an overweight kid most of my life and it was quite difficult through out school and one day my brother came home with a bench and some free weights and me being younger i wanted to be like my older brother. One day while he was gone i decided to try out his equipment. So i did the only thing i knew how to do bench and curl! Well the next day i woke up and everything hurt and i loved that sore feeling so i did it again, and again. Eventually i started to see the changes and started to get some muscle and i liked how it was looking and right then and there i knew that this was going to change my life forever. Once i was able to join a real gym at the age of 16 i started to go religiously and still do till this day i refer to the gym as my happy place i go there whenever i need time to think or just to be alone. Now i compete in men's physique and i have my brother and my mother to thank for all the help and support they have given me
Pushing myself to my limits in every aspect. I love the feeling that you get and the pure satisfaction that you get when you walk out of the gym drenched in sweat knowing that you left everything you got in there. I love competing and seeing how my body reacts to different types of diets and training regiments and seeing what kind of gains i can make in the gym and testing my will power and perseverance and sacrificing everything for those 5 minutes on stage makes everything worth it
