I've been an athlete my whole life. When I was young, I discovered a passion for dance. From my love of dance grew a love of instructing which led to zumba. Along the way, I started to incorporate weight training which quickly became my favorite part of the gym! No more zumba for this chick!

I love the results and energy I get from it. I also love looking like a strong female, not just a thin one!
