I have always been active playing sports in school, running, and hitting the weight room since high school. I began my journey of obtaining my best physique after the birth of my second child. I took a look in the mirror and refused to accept the "mommy body". I started working out again and began lifting heavier and I have never looked back.
Why I Love it
It is MY time &amp;amp;amp; mine alone. It always improves my energy, relieves my stress, and just makes me feel strong &amp;amp;amp; happy!
