I've been running for years, but I never followed any diet requirements - I always ate whatever I wanted. Then in February year 2011 I found myself thinking that it wasn't enough for me anymore - running. I wanted to become really really fit and strong with more muscles, with less fat, and I wanted my body to look perfect. And there my journey begun. I've been attending the gym for about maybe 2-3 months, but anyway ended up with working out at home. I've got a set of dumbbells, my exercise mat, running shoes and outside gym in the nearby park. Pretty enough. The last thing to add is determination, balance and patience and DIET. I've got them all and my perfect body here I come.
Why I Love it
I just can't NOT work out. Love being fit and strong and the best motivation is my mirror. :)
