I played sports my whole life and was an student athletic trainer in college and assistant athletic trainer for a few varsity football teams after I graduated. While studying for my BS in Biological Sciences and working in the training office I focused on nutrition, physical therapy and training methods for athletes. This led to a goal to continuously improve my personal fitness in every way possible. I am competitive and love a challenge! I love seeing the results of the hard work I put in. I'm addicted to the burning muscle after a good training session and get excited when I hit a new PR. There's nothing like the feeling of lifting heavy and training hard after a long day at work to relieve stress and awaken you! I'm constantly setting new goals for myself and don't plan on stopping! My best training partner and biggest support is my wonderful boyfriend/trainer. He is always pushing me to hit new PR's and is there beside me through all my training and prep. He makes me love bodybuilding even more because it's also our bonding time :)
