I started playing soccer again in 2010 as a form of staying in shape. I could run forever but I lacked strength, size and muscles. I will even go as far as to say I looked sick and lethargic in some pictures. This inspired me to workout and eat healthier. I've joined this site to help me meet my goal of transforming my body into a more athletic build.
Why I Love it
Working out helps with my confidence and makes me feel great. It's definitely a confidence booster.
