Started in teens, off and on again throughout the years, a couple of injuries (multiple shoulder dislocations, lower back spasms - suspected degenerate disc disease) have held me back, but so far injury free since this recent fitness-push last year.

Getting a good sweat on, the endorphin rush, the pump, it's all great :) Plus clothes have been fitting better (and even having to drop sizes), since this recent fitness-push last year started!
