I have always been an extremely active person from since I can first remember. I played every sport I could growing up and when in high school weight training was integrated into our training program. I loved lifting weights but was never thoroughly educated about it. Over the years I have yoyo-ed between being very fit and active to being a bum when work gets busy- I usually work 70 hour weeks :(. This year though I have been making a concious decision to stick with a training program and learn more about bodybuilding. The more I learn the more I realize how much I LOVE it and the way my body looks and feels as compared to just cardio. Finding this site and seeing the huge bodybuliding community out there has helped to me embrace it even more :)
Why I Love it
The sense of accomplishment after crushing a training session
Looking in the mirror and seeing a new muscle that I didnt know even existed pop out
Having my friends say "I wish I had (insert body part) like Katrina"
Most of all, being able to share my new passion with others and helping them change their life for the better :)
