I started working-out after competing in my first Hawaiian Tropic contest. I have been addicted to the lifestyle and the way it makes me feel. It is a Euphoric feeling I never want to lose.

Eating clean and working out makes me feel really good. The "FEELING GOOD" FEELING is hard to describe exactly but I have so much energy and now feel comfortable in my own skin.

My day feels complete after completing some physical activity. I have NEVER regretted or felt bad after leaving the gym.
