I was always on the heavier side my whole life until I met the man of my dreams and decided that I wanted to look my best for my wedding day. I would workout everyday for about 2-3 hours and eat right, so I quickly saw the pounds comes off and finally felt good in my own skin for the first time ever. Unfortunately, once I got married I let myself go and put all the weight I had lost back on over about 2 years. Fast-forward to today (almost 7 years after my wedding day) and I am a full-time nursing student who has spent too many days making the excuse of "I'm too busy to workout" and eating crap. I'm cutting the junk food and eating clean along with lifting heavy and doing cardio. The time for excuses is over and I'm ready to get in the best shape of my life!
