I started working out when i was 24, i wanted to gain some weight and put on some muscle, at the time i weighed 128 pounds. Within a couple years i was up to around 220. I have never really gone all out and try to find my true potential. This is my mission now to find out what i am truly capable of.
Why I Love it
This routine i am committed to right now is a cross fit style and i feel so good after these workouts it is amazing. For some time i have been depressed with the way i looked and kept making excuses. I am done with excuses i want to live and feel clean physically.
