I started back up on my birthday when I turned 40. I lost 20lbs from walking and changing my diet in the first 3 months... Then I joined a gym.
Why I Love it
Feeling GOOD and HEALTHY. After 10-15yrs of letting myself go, when I turned 40 I decided to give myself a complete make-over. Just couldn't live that unhealthy, always tired, lifestyle anymore.. especially after adopting an energetic 3yr old boy at the time. He was quite a handful growing up.
