I began working out on a serious level after I completed US Navy boot camp start of the year 1998. I began to lift weight as a way to improve my physical stature, become stronger and compete against my fellow Navy shipmates.

I love working out and building my body because I love the results that I achieve. I love the overall heath benefits that body building helps me to maintain.
