I have gout so I started by cleaning out my diet so I never had to feel that pain again. I got started working on my body to get in shape for my 2nd wedding anniversary. A buddy of mine started a body building company and got his pro card, so he motivated me by showing me results in changing up how I had previously worked out. Since then, it has been an obsession to be in at least one body building show.

I fee better, look better, and my confidence is sky high
