By Spring break, of my freshman year in college I had put on 23 lbs, on top of the fact that I've always been on the heavier side. Tired of always trying to lose weight, it was time for a serious change. I've dropped about 50 lbs since then.

Working out is fun!! I guess many people don't feel this way, but I've always enjoyed working out. I've always loved sports, even played in high school. But, my eating habits are a work in progress. Working out is exhilarating!!!!
