Woke up one morning at 322 lbs and could barely walk, my body was giving up on me. It was either do something about it or be crippled. I chose to get moving. I read everything about weight training fitness and eating and became what I am now. It's not easy....damn it's never easy but, if you stop you die inside. I will never stop.

It makes me feel good about myself and makes it easier to look in the mirror every day as I notice my body changing
