I was very overweight growing up. This was a blessing in disguise, because it caused me to seek out information on health and fitness! I actually started body building at 18 years old. That is when I discovered M&F Magazine. I built muscle pretty fast back then. My problem was that I was very overweight growing up, so I became obsessed with being skinny. Therefore, even though I loved my muscles, I would get on a kick where I thought that I still needed to lose weight and would crash diet with tons of cardio and away went the muscles.

It is truly anti-aging! I love the way I look and feel. I am finally figuring out the right formula for my body as far as diet, weights, and cardio are concerned, and I am loving the results! I love being strong and healthy!
