Played sports growing up and as i became older I was not good enough to play at professional level. I really liked the challenge of pushing my body to the next level.

I love working out because it makes me feel really alive and passionate about life. love to share my knowledge with others with no preaching. I have almost 20 years experience. I am not me without lifting. I have never competed before in figure competitions. I feel I have areas to improve first just as we all do in some ways , right?. I have bulked up about 25 lbs of muscle in past 2 years and now ready to shed 25lbs of FAT. I would appreciate any advice as far a competing especially naturally. Love life, get fit! Also, last but not least, if you think you are too old to start a weight routine you are not!!!!!! I am now in my late 30's and stronger than I have ever been in my life. Bring on 40's thru 100's baby.
