Ive always been an athlete but after college I was determined to become my best self. So I made the decision to get myself in the gym and make it happen!! Since college Ive become a sport performance professional and I research and develop training techniques to optimize movement and develop superior collegiate athletes.
Why I Love it
I love working out because you can push the boundaries of your body and mind. When you train you can literally change your life and get as strong as you want to be. Training allows you to be in tune with your body and leave the worries of the world at the gym door. I believe in buying the whole person.. mentally, physically, and spiritually. To become the whole person you must train!!!
