I smoked for quite a long time and ate very unhealthy. When I quit smoking I wanted to try to give back to my body and started working out, but quickly grew bored with it. A few years ago I was diagnosed with genetic coronary heart disease. Way too young for that!!!! So, I started really working on eating right, running and pumping weights. Didn't make very much progress until last year when a super strong bodybuilder started working with me on a better way. I've been pumped every since.
I have more energy now than most 20 year olds! My body is looking better the older I get and feel strong and healthy. It also helps my mind deal with stress so much more effectively now and I just feel happier. It also helps when others share with me that my photos look decades younger than what I am. What more can I say but that this is me now. Its my lifestyle and lifeline.
