Start weight: 155. In 2011, I up and quit my job. I'd had it. Then being at home, I knew I had NO excuse not to work out, plus I had the basics at home already - dumbbells, a bar, some plates, a bench, and a treadmill. So I began doing a basic weight workout and running. The pounds came off slowly, but surely. Then I got more serious about it and got certified as a Personal Trainer but I'm not a sales person and eventually went back to my old gig as a graphic designer. The hours became my excuse for not working out and I lost a lot of the muscle I'd gained and regained some fat. After many starts and stops, trying to finally figure out how to fit it in, I think I have a schedule that works for me. Time to get it back!
Why I Love it
Something clicked and when I started feeling like I have a bikini addiction I was HOOKED!
