Actually, not bodybuilding as such, but I run a retail business which, over the years, has had me moving around countless thousands and thousands and thousands of heavy boxes, with each box (or group of boxes) usually weighing from 25 to 80 pounds or more. At the age of near-72 (as I write this on 26/7/2019), I still retain "good" strength and (at least in my arms) decent muscle tone, but nothing exceptional. I'm not reaching for the prize, but I'm happy to be more fit than almost everybody else I personally know at or near or above my age, and only about 20 pounds of pudginess...and doing my best to maintain it. (OK, if I don't maintain the pudginess, THAT is ok too - even better if "not maintaining" means I lose it!) Sorry, I can't even figure out how to upload a photo. I've tried many times unsuccessfully and a computer savvy friend couldn't figure it out either...??.
