I started lifting at a young age when sports picked up to higher levels. Around sophomore year college, lifting became more of a hobby, especially with my sports career ending soon.

I've always loved working out, makes me feel like i've accomplished something, like i've gotten myself off my rear to do something worthwhile. I also love the rush that comes with lifting it's always been enjoyable.
