I got started through a friend that I use to work with twenty five years ago. We re-united and he challenged me to try the bodybuilding. I have always worked out, (I work in fitness) but never worked at this level of course.
I loved it and continue to train for my second competition next year.

It's all I know and I can't imagine not working out. I have managed health clubs, fitness trained, and ran several full marathons. It's my lifestyle.
