I first joined a gym when I was in high school, but it wasn't until I started getting serious with my diet many years later that I started to see a difference in my physical appearance. I joined a gym in March 2013 after not using one for over two years, and have been trying hard to become stronger.
Why I Love it
I'll be honest and say that I am frustrated at how long it will likely take to achieve the result I want. I work out 4x/week on an upper/lower body split, with 25 min. of cardio after. I've been cutting since October.
