Decided to start getting in better shape. Then blew out my ACL, and MCL so that set me back and I really started back up hard on Sept of 2009...

Because I love seeing the change to my body that my motivation and dedication has gotten me. And love inspiring others to do the same, and the learning of the nutrition side of it all.
