Was living a very unhealthy life style. To much fast food, late night binge eating, no exercise, lack of self-esteem, I just was not happy with myself anymore. Felt I needed to change for the better. Singed up for the gym in the summer and continued from then. No weights, just pure cardio and a strict diet was the program for me. After shedding the useless fat I started weight training. I was weak when i started weight training, which was around late November. But I pulled through able to carry certain weights now. I never had a six pack, I am working hard to get them. Thats one side goal am trying to accomplish before this upcoming summer.
Besides the apperance, it helps me relax, rub off all the stress that may be bothering me. Also its just pure fun for me, able lift weights, get stronger by every passing week. Keeps me healthy, and am loving this new life style.
