About 4 years ago, my mom survived an aortic aneurysm. Ever since then I have made a promise to myself to take advantage of life and only do what I love - and a lot of it. I stepped up my workouts to a whole new level and continue to push myself. Working out is not a chore for me. It's a passion - one that I hope to some day share with others.

Working out is an escape for me. Anything and everything that is on my mind gets taken out at the gym. I love to push myself. I absolutely LOVE the rush.
