Started back in 2014 after my first baby and needed to loose weight as my wedding was coming up in March 2015.
Absolutely loved the feeling of working my muscles, going to the gym and feeling powerful.
Lost alot of weight around 37.4lbs within 4 months.
After the wedding : 1-2 months later I fell pregnant with my second baby, was determined to keep working out as I didn't want to put on as much weight as I did with my first.
Ended up putting on 19.8 lbs with my 2nd pregnancy after having baby number 2 I needed to get back in action.
I was on my postpartum journey for just under a year before falling pregnant with my 3rd baby.
In that time (leading up to being pregnant again) I was able to loose alot more weight, over 55 lbs!
I offically hit the 60's kg and got down to my lowest weight 68kg.
My goal is 65kg (currently on 77kg - October 23rd 2017 - postpartum journey after baby #3 )
I am currently 1 month postpartum, working out 7 days a week.
I feel the more I move and strengthen my body the better I am as a person.
I need this, not only for the weight loss and the muscle/tone gain but for my mind.
I feel so many people get so caught up in whats happening around them that they don't take the time out for themselves... For me its to remind me to get back to myself and put myself first every now and then.
Its so important to do so because if you don't do it for you, who else will?
