I started rowing when I was 17 and rowed ever since on a, let's say, club level. My personal high was two second places (W4- and W4x) in the Austrian Nationals last autumn and a win (W8+) two years ago. So I know how to lift, how to train hard and I love it. Hard fact is that my nutrition suck(ed). My all time high weight was close to 90kg. I managed to change a lot of my unhealthy habits into some nice ones and I never looked back. Now I feel like I have managed the basics and want to step it up a bit :)
It simply makes me feel great. The more I crawl out of the gym the happier I am. I love to see how much weight I can move and love to push harder next time. But I also want to actually SEE some of the hard work I put into my lifting and that means I have to get the nutrition thing on line. I know that. I am working on that.
