I found Jamie Eason's 12 week trainer online and decided to try it. I have NEVER completed something like this before and I am now halfway through and still going strong!

Other than leg days (ouch, pain, hate life!!), I find working out kind of fun. I may dread it all day but once I'm there and get going, it feels good. I like the kind of tired that comes from working out hard.
