Got into the weight room to train for the different sports I played throughout high school. After receiving several injuries, I started to see how valuable a strong and athletic body is when playing physical sports. After playing competitive sports, I still wanted to be active and look good, so I started a bodybuilding routine and diet. Fell in love with mental feeling of a good work out. And now I am planning to compete in some bodybuilding shows soon.
Why I Love it
The reason I enjoy working out and bodybuilding is because you get what you put in.
