Like everyone else, I was constantly reading Muscle and Fitness and Men's Health Magazines at a young age. I didn't get serious until I was done playing college basketball. I was fortunate enough to be a scholarshiped collegiate athlete and that helped me develop a knack for getting to the gym. Since my playing days are done I've been able to develop a stricter diet, train more specific and ultimately add size.

I love working out because I feel better (mentally, physically and emotionally). I feel a sense of fulfillment that I'm one step closer to my fitness goals.
