I never really got involved in physical fitness until College. Life happened fast afterward and much of that went by the wayside. During pregnancy #2 I gained over 30 unnecessary pounds. With a 3 year old and an incredible 6 year old son with Autism, making the changes were difficult but I knew they had to be made for the sake of everyone! So my husband and I started moving and eating the way we knew we should. Both of us have changed our body composition considerably since and continue to make progress weekly. I now am finishing my degree in Nutrition & Health and can't wait for the future and the opportunity to share my knowledge and diehard belief in the power of proper nutrition and maintaining a healthy lifestyle!
Why I Love it
I am a happier person from sun up to sun down. It is an amazing feeling to know that you did something so productive for your body, mind and soul.
