I first got started my freshman year of highschool and loved it. I worked out with one of my friends for a week just for something to do and fell in love with it immediately. I lifted for a year straight without a day off. Then suddenly school and sports took over my life and I slowly faded away from working out every day, then went to not working out at all. Then a little over a year ago I went through some things and I used the gym at my stress reliever and soon realized why I started it in the first place. I really got into when one of my good friends and my brother started helping me out in the gym again and really motivating me to be the best I can. He showed me that anything is possible with hard work, dedication, and the power not to give up when it is the easiest to. Why I Love it
I love working out because I get to push myself beyond what I ever thought was realistically possible for the human body. It relieves my stress, day in and day out I dream of the weight room.
