i started "dieting" about 6 yrs ago. Although i have lost 60 lbs, i'm just not where i want to be. About 5 months ago, i joined a weight loss challenge at my local gym. during the first challenge, i ended up breaking my thumb and had to back out of it due to surgery. 2 months ago now, i'm back in the gym and now doing a tough mudder training (3 months long) The trainer at my local gym just moved to my town this year, from CA. she is AMAZING and has taught me and many others so much about eating clean, training, etc. she has really been the one that has inspired me. I have a good guy friend that i doing his first competition this year and he has been busting his you know what at the gym.. i have been able to see his transformation and it has truley inspired me to take up doing more. He has agreed to help me train so here I am.. working on my new goals :)
