I am a military veteran with keeping fit and healthy being embedded in me due to my military background. I love to exercise as a means of de-stressing and to see my hard work pay off.

I was a skinny guy for a long time even after getting out of the military, and decided to put on some weight. I initially put on 30lbs of size and I was then hooked. I now workout regularly and coach and give advise to friends. I started my own supplement store which unfortunately did not last long due to having to move and family matters, but I plan on getting it back open eventually.
