When I was 18 years old I met a bodybuilder who showed me the ropes. 30 years later I am still training. I fell in love with the weights:)
Why I Love it
Living a fitness lifestyle is the only true fountain of youth. My training is keeping me physically fit and healthy in mind body and spirit. I also anticipate having a great quality of life when I get EVEN older:) Last but not least it is fun to be able to do two hours of pull-ups without fatiguing.
