My dad and I purchased and assembled a Gold's Gym weight bench in my basement and I slowly started to add things like dumbbells and bands to my collection. I got really into it when I got grounded way back then and I had nothing more fun to do than lift. It became something I was very passionate about later.

It saved my life.
