I was 260lbs... depressed with life; I had allowed all the negativity in my past (almost dying from my bolo clots in my brain & neck caused by my sons pregnancy, financial issues, horrible ex boyfriends...etc) dictate my future. I relied on food for comfort & nothing else. After my grandma passed away in December, seeing my mom all broken up over it all.. I realized the way I was treating my body, my son would be by my death bed next... and I couldn't handle it anymore! I took charge of my life.. changed my eating habits, exercised daily & stopped making excuses! My son deserved a better role model.. he's my life!

I love the "holy **** I'm exhausted" feeling you get after you finish a set or that next day sore when you kicked your ass the day before!! I am a MUCH happier person after I sweat my ass off! :)
