I am a United States Army veteran, so working out has been apart of my job for the last 5 years, but I really started bodybuilding and eating clean in September 2012. I've always worked out, ALWAYS. But until recently I was the girl afraid of weights, so I would run miles and miles and didn't see my body transform into what I wanted. In September, with the help of my husband AntonioLynn I changed my lifestyle and its been AMAZING. I love training mean and eating clean!! soon after beginning my journey I decided to take it to the next level by following my husband's lead and started competing in the NPC.

Bodybuilding has helped me fine myself. I no longer hide behind insecurities. I am so proud of who I am and what my make up is both physically and mentally. Bodybuilding has helped me to feel limitless. I love it!
